I need this for a party tomorrow how do I place a rush order?

We will try our hardest to accommodate our customer wherever possible but as other mummys out there can appreciate it can be difficult with
two little ones at home but feel free to email us on with your specific needs and we will see if we can help.
Our rush fee is $10 and are only available on our existing designs not custom orders.

What is the best type of paper to use for your products?

Bright white cardstock for printing at home or at a local printer or heavy wright matte photo paper for printing at a photo lab.

What type of printer do you use?

Inkjet printers are best to print our products if your printing a home.

Can I print these myself or should I send them to a professional printer?

Many home printers provide beautiful quality when using a high quality photo paper. We recommend doing a test print at home and if you
aren’t satisfied with the quality then print at your local printer.
Please remember the colours can look totally different on paper than they do on the computer screen.

Can you adjust the colours?

Our designs are always provided in the same colour values. Monitors and printers can vary greatly in colour and your printed files may not look
exactly like the photos and files shown in our shop. If you are concerned with the colours we recommend you request a design sample from us
for the collection that you are ordering. Any colour change requests will require an additional time fee.

What type of punch can I use to create cupcake toppers, party circles and favour tags?

I use a two inch circle punch I purchased from Spotlight which works great I also have a flourish square punch and 2” scallop circle punch
which work great also!

What do I use to cut out the printable 4” party circles?

We highly recommend you use a circle cutter from your local craft shop we use the EK Success Circle Cutter with glass mat.

What do I assemble the cupcake toppers?

Download and print your printable party circle file. Cut your page into columns and use your desired punch to punch out the shape. Now attach
the 4” lollipop stick to the back of the circle using a hot glue gun, tape or 1 inch white circle labels.

How do I make the Food / Buffet Labels stand up?

Download and print your Food / Buffet Labels file. Cut out the square / rectangle labels (around the dashed line as well). Then score / fold the
line where the arrow is pointing to and secure to table using tape or blue tack.

How do I assemble the banner?

Download and print the letter panels for the banner. Use a craft knife to make the small slits in the top left and right corners of each letter panel
or use a small hole punch. Thread the ribbon or twine through and hang!
